Getting to Warroora Station

Warroora Station is situated halfway between Carnarvon (190km) and Exmouth (190km), and just south of Coral Bay.

Station Stay Accommodation and Southern Beaches Wilderness Camping
Please use the Southern Access Rd
- 24km north of the Minilya Exmouth Rd / North West Coastal Highway turnoff. Turn left at the Lyndon Crossing Rest Area, Warroora is only 23km from the bitumen.
It is 2WD access to our Station Stay Accommodation and Office. From here it is 4WD only to access the southern camping beaches.

14 Mile and Sandy Point Wilderness Camping
Please use the Northern Access Rd
- 62km north of the Minilya Exmouth Rd / North West Coastal Highway turnoff, or 15km south of the Coral Bay turnoff. It is only 10km off the bitumen to the 14 Mile Camp area.
There is no need to come to the homested office, as there are caretakers located at the 14 Mile camping area who will accommodate you.
It is 2WD access to 14 Mile Camp and Sandy Point. From here it is also possible to access the Office and Station Stay Accommodation via the coastal track if required. (2WD accessible)

No bookings are taken for wilderness camping.

Warroora has two airstrips, one to service the Royal Flying Doctor Service, 8kms from the Homestead (cross strip) and the other at the Homestead. Each strip is 1,000m and marked with windsocks.

The Tropic of Capricorn runs right through the middle of the station giving this property a climate other places only dream of.
